[MicroCT Image Viewer/Editor] [DICOM File Editor] [DICOM Image Anonymizer] [DICOM Series Stacker] [NM Register] [Download DLLs]
This is a small medical image viewer and editor that support DICOM, Interfile, and .im format images as input. For unknown format images, it allows users to manually input offset, pixel format, and image dimensions. Currently, it can only save as .im and bmp images. It can display 3D images in transaxial, coronal, and saggital view. It can perform pixel processing, cine display, and use color maps. User can define rectangular, elliptical, and polygon-shaped ROIs and calculate ROI statistics.

This program is a DICOM image viewer and editor. It will list all the elements inside DICOM file by tree-view. User can change value by double click on element. If user double click on the image element (7FE0,0010), it will cine display images (transaxial, conoral, or saggital) if it is a 3D image set.

This program is used to remove patient identity stored inside DICOM files. User can select files or directories. Program will change patient name and patient ID to what ever string user specified and will remove patient birth month and day.

This program is used to stack separate DICOM images (i.e., CT images) into one single image file in three simple steps. First select DICOM directory which store all the separate image files. Then program will automatically loop for all the image files and organize them by patient ID (i.e., 12-02-2006 and 35586 as shown in the image below), study UID, and series UID in correct order. Then user can just select the series to be stacked in the tree-view control, set output file path, and click "Stack" button to generate output file.

This program is used to simultaneously display two images (i.e., CT and SPECT reconstruction images) and their fusion image. User can perform simple rigid-body registration, define organ 3D VOIs slice by slice (automatically or manually segmentation) on one image set and apply to other image sets, and calculate VOI statistics.
