The purpose of this study is to compare the ability of a previously developed 3D cardiac motion estimation (ME) technique in detecting regional motion defect in gated myocardial perfusion (GMP) SPECT images obtained using a 4D MAP-RBI-EM and a 3D OS-EM with a 4D post-filtering algorithm.
